FGN Global Logistics will complete 2016 with its fourth straight year of forty plus percent revenue growth. Our long-term goal of generating steady increases in revenue and profitability has again been met. We are bullish on the US economy for 2017 and expect next year to be another good year for the company.
During 2016 we accomplished the strategic initiatives that we had planned for the year. Our primary goal was to meet our financial objectives, which we accomplished with notable precision. We also increased our business volume with industrial shippers, made in-roads into two targeted industry verticals, expanded our headquarters office in Charleston, and added significant rail trans-load capacity to our business through our vendor network.
Rob Parrish, FGN’s president, noted the year’s accomplishments this way:
“Like all companies, each year we lay out a plan to take us forward. In 2016 we focused on stabilizing revenue, deepening our penetration into industrial accounts, and expanding our intermodal capabilities. Accomplishing these initiatives drove efficiencies, which ultimately allowed us to more than double our profitability.”
Mr. Parrish sees 2017 as a possible breakout year for FGN:

Heading into 2017, we are optimistic that we will reach heights that we could not have imagined just two or three years ago.”
